Description
175 Foot Cat5E Shielded (FTP) Ethernet Network Booted Cable
Category 5E shielded patch cable is designed to protect critical data from EMI (Electromagnetic interference), which is known to degrade, disrupt, or even interrupt connectivity. Electromechanical devices, such as electric motors, transformers, magnets, and fluorescent lighting ballast cause this type of interference. Shielded patch cables are ideal wherever stable data transfer is critical in this type of environment, and are especially useful in healthcare and manufacturing facilities. Each comes UL verified and meets .TIA/EIA-568-C.2 Cat.5E standards.
Our Category 5E shielded cables are made of four twisted 26AWG pure copper wire pairs cable wrapped in aluminum shielding foil with a PVC jacket and snag less molded boot, and terminated with shielded RJ45 plug with 50 micron gold plated contacts. The snag less bubble design protects the locking tabs on the RJ45 connectors from being damaged or accidentally snapped off. Our Category 5E shielded cables are offered in a variety of lengths and colors for your needs.
